    Some of my favorite workout sessions have been right in my own living room! 

    There are tons of great exercises that you can do from the comfort of your own home while you have some spare time. So try doing a set of pushups while waiting for the water to boil or do plank exercises while binge watching your favorite show. Either way it's a great way to multitask!
